These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Products

I sell books that I have written. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur (for example, in print colour or format).

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Preorders

If an item is listed as Preorder, it means stock is not yet available.

Preordered books will be shipped once I have the copies in hand and ready to send out.

Estimated release or dispatch dates are subject to change depending on printing and delivery times.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UK.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and postal service.

6. Refunds and Returns

All book sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
